I’m parked in Las Vegas and will be be presenting the following sessions at PhotoshopWorld starting tomorrow:
Wednesday 1-5pm Advanced Photoshop Pre-conference Session
Thursday 12-1pm Mastering Smart Objects
Friday 2:30-3:30pm Real World Image Adjustments
Saturday 8:15-9:15am Mastering Adjustment Layers
I’ll also be speaking at the Peachpit booth on Friday at 4pm.
If you’ll be in attendance, be sure to say "hi".
I’ll be leaving PhotoshopWorld early on Saturday so I have time to drive to Los Osos, CA to teach a week-long hands-on class at the Lepp Institute.
Where are the actions you mentioned in you PSW seminar? It could be I’m blind or dumb – or both – but I can see them. I’m particularly nterested in the one for smart objectes for HDR photos……
Great seminar BTW, just wish I could join you at George’s next week…..
The best seminar I’ve attended was one you led…I really felt like I was getting some ‘inside info’…Unlike the last one I went to, which (considering the instructor) should have / could have been a real learning opportunity, but was a waste of time…turned out to be a dumbed down recap of basic, basic stuff that anyone who’s even read thru any PS manual would know…I really wanted to be there in LV this week and be in on your seminars…but was already behind on rent…I know, I know…I shoulda’ converted the Peugeot Diesel over to Kung-Pow cooking oil and left a week ago…At any rate, hope you had a great time…
Was anyone else at Ben’s Advanced PhotoShop pre-con? I am trying to do copy the sunset colors like he did in class, but I didn’t write what page it was on and my notes don’t seem to be very good as I can’t get it to work! If anyone knows, please email me!
Hey Ben! The Smart Objects and Image Adjustment classes at Photoshop World rocked! Standing room only… YOW!! I can’t tell you how much that hue/saturation technique in dealing with blotchy red skin has already helped me since I got back.
I only wish I had sat through your Saturday morning class on Adjustment Layers (even if a lot of it might have been ‘review’ for me)… I’d still have gotten a ton more out of it than the waste of time I did sit through. My fault for staying… but I kept waiting for it to get better.
Yours and Dan’s classes made it all worth it! See you at the next Photoshop World. Thanks!!
Graham, you can find the actions on this page:
