If you ever plan on visiting the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store, then consider visiting their web site first, click on the Retail Store link at the bottom of the page, click on the location you want to visit and then click the Genius Bar link. The average wait time is usually 45-70 minutes at my local Apple Store, but if I get in line while I’m at home, then I can easily plan my day so that I get there at the estimated time that I’ll be able to see a genius (the web site will give you an estimated time).
