Today I photographed Maroon Bells at sunrise and then explored the ghost towns at Ashcroft and Independence Pass. I would post an image from one of those locations, but my Compact Flash card is in the trunk of my car and I’m feeling way too lazy to retrieve it.

The image above was shot at around 8:00pm at ISO3200 (or whatever the highest setting is that a 5D can be set to… it appears as "H" in the display) with the camera mounted on a monopod. It’s a shot of one of the buildings on the Anderson Ranch campus that I took right after giving a talk about my mobile lifestyle and Route 66 images. I’ll be teaching the creative side of Photoshop all this week.
