I’ve lost my wireless internet card and haven’t had a chance to get a replacement yet. I should be back on-line in the next week or so and then I’ll post about what’s been going on over the last few weeks. I’m currently in Chicago and will be flying to New Orleans tomorrow morning.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions for stealth camping spots in Chicago. I should be in this area for just over a week (after I get back from New Orleans).

Hey Ben, check back from time to time to see how your ‘move’ is progressing. Was at PhotoshopWorld in Miami. Find your choice of living arrangements intriguing and have heard of other folks doing the same. Wish I knew you were at NAPP/Tampa because that’s where I’m hanging. Would have run over to Oldsmar to say hello. Anyways, just wanted you to know someone’s listening. And that I’ve told a few friends about it as well. Best of luck. Kirsten
Hey! Where are the NOLA photos???? It was great meeting and hanging out in Sin City with you. Your class was pretty good to. I’m still shaking my bum. 😀
Keep in touch!

Hey Ben. The rig looks great.
I’ve gotta see it. Your rig is a dream of both me and the wife and my friend Dave’s for many years now, of course now we are all full time moms and dads, so that’ll have to wait a couple of decades. Let’s get together when you are up in Minneapolsota.
I’ve gotta get your new book too. I have been getting by on my same old Photoshop knowledge for 5 years now. OF course I am CS now, but probably only know half the program at best.

Is Ben dead?
Sorry I missed you when you were in the Twin Cities last week, but we were in Florida, at a college roomates wedding. Hope your trip to the Twin Cities brought back fond memories! We sure miss your company here.
Say, when you get a chance, could you post some more internal pictures of your rig? We’ve seen all your ‘remodeling’ pics, but what does she look like inside these days? I’d also like to see what your view out of the windshield from the drivers seat looks like (you must be, what, 8 feet up in the air?!?!).
Great workshop in Mpls. I am in process of researching motorcoaches so your lifestyle was additional confirmation that I am on the right track. I am looking for something about 22′ with a diesel engine in hopes that I can tap into some biodiesel fuel now and then. Ever consider that?
I have an idea for you which might sound a little odd at first… My idea of a perfect vacation would be to visit a spa with great, healthy food and massages etc. and spend each morning learning PShp skills. Think about it! And thanks again for the terrific workshop.
Hey Ben! It was great to see you & your new digs in Minnesota this week. I’ll try to keep my neighbors from peeping at you with their binoculars next time you drop by. See you soon!

Where is Ben…? Hope you’re enjoying… e
Where indeed, is Ben? Are you OK?
Hey I bet we could take up a collection from the blog readers and send Ben a new wireless card…. but Where would we send it?
I just got a new wireless card and am back on the net! Give me a few days to catch up and then I’ll start posting again.
I’m currently in South Dakota heading to the Badlands, Black Hills and Devil’s Tower. I should be in Colorado by June 16th… after spending a few weeks there, I should be heading to the National Parks of Utah.

Badlands on a clear morning is breathtaking! Looking at the sky is almost like looking through a polarizer. Post pictures!
The other day this site was down briefly – gave me a whole new concept of “Where Is Ben?”! I even went to his business site just to make sure it was still up! (Silly I know…) Glad to hear from you, Ben – you’ve got me hooked on your observations and adventures.

Re page 32 in your upspeed CS2 book where you state that by holding down the shift keyand using the sroll wheel you can change the enlargements to 25-50 100/I find both on my PC and laptop this does not work.Any suggestins.
By the way the book’s brilliant.
Ben,
Hopefully you will see this while in the Black Hills. When the light is right (late afternoon vs. early morning) you want to take a drive on Palmer Creek Road, it is on the west side of Mount Rushmore along highway 244 about 4.5 miles to the south. (I can give you GPS info if needed) This is a dirt road, (but not a problem for your coach) the best thing is that there are no people except an occasional local. There are some spectacular views along this road; you should also see plenty of wildlife. You also want to stop at the Sylvan Lake (Which I think is the best place in the “Hills”!(camping is available))and hike up to top of Harney Peak (highest point east of the Rockies). When done with that you can continue thru the Needles onto Custer State Park (Your coach will also fit thru the tunnels, just drive slow) If you have more time I can give you some other back roads to check out also.

Well, since our Minnesota schedules never seem to work, maybe we can hook up when you’re in Utah. I’ve got a buddy in SLC that just bought a motorcoach yesterday. He has invited the family to the dunes for some ATVing the last week in July.
