Here's a special treat for Halloween. Download the attacted file, launch Photoshop and choose Replace Swatches from the side menu of the Swatches palette and you can load a Halloween treat.

Mac users, Option-click this link to download a 16K Color Swatchs file.

Windows users, right-click on the link above and choose Save As.
