I finished writing my newest book last week and it should be at the printers within the next seven days. I've been holding back on giving you details because it related to an unannounced product—Photoshop CS4! Adobe made their official announcement, so now I can tell you about my latest project.
My Up to Speed book covers every change made to the program and nothing else. If you're accustomed to Photoshop CS3, then this will be the perfect book to get you "up to speed" with CS4.
Hey Ben,
Cool, but I cant find this on Amazon yet…
This is the first announcement of it so there is no information anywhere else… I’m sure it will show up on Amazon eventually. It might show up on peachpit.com first. I know they have a general CS4 page here: http://www.peachpit.com/promotions/promotion.aspx?promo=136723

thanks, ben!
Great idea for a book! I’m going to have to look into this. Thanks!
The bus is cool. When your parked somewhere, do you offer tours of the bus?
Laurie,
I usually only give tours to friends or people who are attending a workshop that I happened to drive to. But I can usually be convinced to give a tour if someone knocks on my door was a tasty beer in their hands.

Ben,
I enjoyed the training seminar in Kansas City last Friday and posted a review on my blog Camp Photoshop. http://www.campphotoshop.com/One-Day-With-Ben-Willmore
I’m looking forward to your Adobe Photoshop CS4: Up to Speed book and have already pre ordered from Amazon.
Re PSCS4 Up-To-Speed: I do not get the page 50 graphic depicting Tint hue and saturation sliders under the Black & White adjustment. And on page 55 the / key action does not take place.
I’m attributing these and similar discrepancies either to (1)I’m using a PC, not an Apple, or (2)The text was based on an obsolete feature in the beta version of CS4.
The discussion group of a dozen PS users I meet with periodically would appreciate clarification.
Thanks, George Austin
