I returned the U-Haul trailer today and was happy to no longer see boxes scattered all over the place.
I have everything but my office gear unpacked. My first priority is to get everything secured so I can drive the bus without having something fly through the air each time I hit the brakes. That means securing loose objects with earthquake putty and adding grippy stuff to the bottom of most cabinet shelves (the stuff people use to prevent rugs from sliding on wood floors).
Great you made it!

Hey Ben… when might you be heading up to the NJ NY area?
-Paul
I plan to stay in Florida until the end of April (I have three speaking gigs down here). After that, I’ll be heading to Minneapolis, Chicago and Ann Arbor for a few more speaking gigs and to visit with friends (I grew up in Minneapolis)… then I’ll be heading West to a few National Parks. So, I’m not sure when I’ll be heading your way… I doubt it will be this year.

>… is to get everything secured so I can drive the bus without having something fly through the air …< Ah yes, 'tis what I call "Road Ready". Never fail whenever you stop/overnight somewhere there's always the last minute before you start driving again 'Road-ready' walk-through. Also -- if you use a tv-antenae or need to lower a satellite dish here's a trick to remind you that it's up - take a piece of red velcro and wrap it on the steering wheel.
